I have one of these sets from a previous deal here on PF and it’s proven to be a more useful tool than I expected. The design is interesting and the quality of the bits is definitely higher than expected. (The whole set has a really premium feel, actually, in terms of material quality, weight, etc. ) Please note that the lid is held on by magnets and won’t stay cosed if left to tumble around in a bag. Just add a strap or rubber band and it’ll solve the problem easily enough.
I got this set last time when it was on sale for just under $8. It’s a nice set, but that’s not why i’m bringing it up.
I tried to order another one (like i said, it’s a nice set) and couldn’t. The 35% off promo just would not stick at checkout. Asked the wife to do it on her account – and no issues.
So it looks like this seller limits the promo code to once per account, and has a long memory of which account uses it, etc.
