I mentioned this before many times – i have all kinds of problems with codes in my personal account, and often times need to ask my wife to send me the totals from her account so i can post them here. I got in touch with Amazon about this a few times and got nowhere. Their reps are eager to help, but simply have no idea how. The only suggestion their script has is to clear cache and log in/out again, which didn’t work. Once they exhaust their script – they have no idea what to do…
