Typically i ignore any seller with the word “Shop###” in the name. If they can’t bother to change the default name, they’re not planning on sticking around. And if they’re not planning on sticking around, they’re going to be scamming.
That said…
Something on AliEx is busted lately. There are legitimate stores that seemed to have “lost” their name, somehow. This is a link to eSun’s official store. It has been around for over 5 years, and used to always be called “eSun Official” (or something like that). For some reason it’s now just a generic “Shopxxx”. It’s the right page, i had it bookmarked from way back, just the name seemed to have gone “poof”.
So…
This deal is from what looks like one of the BIQU/BIGTREETCH reseller’s Choice stores (AliEx let’s them set up separate stores just for Choice items). The store has been around for about a year, and has good enough ratings. But the fact that it says “Shop###”, and not a name i can recognize, bugs me, and naturally throws up all kinds of red flags. Hence the long prelude to an average deal 🙂
