Black Friday – AliExpress Prep.
Looks promising so far 🙂
Spend and Save is active in it’s usual form – $3 off $30, $6 off $60, $9 off $90
There are at least 3 main sale checkout codes issued, which you will see plastered all over the site. There is a very good chance that just like with the 11.11 sale, more codes will be added at some point during the sale.
On top of those 3, there are another 4 limited use codes which are pretty much the same ones they had out for 11.11 sale.
As a reminder – main sale codes are pretty much guaranteed to last the entire sale, while limited codes are…. limited 🙂 Sometimes they last the whole sale, sometimes they run out in a day or two.
I’ll have all the codes up in a separate post sometime tomorrow (waiting for all of them to come in).
If you’re new, make sure you look through the AliEx Shopping Guide they have up for Black Friday.
It does a decent job of describing all the promotions, and how they all stack up to affect the final price. As a heads up – prices i post will not include Coins and Cashback.
As always – follow the store, add to favorites, add to cart before the sale starts to get the best price. The easiest “hack” to getting a great price on AliEx is to follow the store, so at the very least to that.
You may also want to do it for a different reason – to get the best out of it, AliEx needs to be “trained”.
This is what my “More to love” looks like. Everything here is generated by their algo, and what you’ll see will depend entirely on what AliEx thinks you’re interested in (by default it’s all wigs and booty shorts). The way their algo figures out what you like is by – sellers you follow, items you favorite, stuff you have in cart.
Same logic applies to what you’ll see recommended to you throughout the site, including the Coupon Center.
btw… ABSOLUTELY make sure you drop by the Coupon Center, and clip all of those 99% off ($1 off $1, $2 off $2 etc) coupons. Most are limited use/claim, and will disappear before the sale starts.
Again, just like with “More to love”, what you’ll see in the coupon section will depend entirely on how well you have AliEx “trained”.
As a heads up…
Sellers will send out a bunch of coupons to “fans” before the sale starts. So first off, make sure you follow the sellers you like, but also – make sure you’re using the app to check the messages. They do not work on the desktop/browser version, and the only way to clip the coupons is in the app.
Also…
I’m on desktop/browser combo, especially when posting deals. Doing all this on a phone would be impossible. Because of this all the prices posted will be what i see on the desktop/browser combo. The prices on the app are usually just a bit cheaper, so if you use the app your price may be lower.
If you see “Fans exclusive discount” tag on page (or in one of my screenshots), it means that the price listed is for “fans” only (aka, follow the store, and refresh the page).
And finally…
The same exact link i post before every AliEx sale.
Goes to main 3D Printing and Scanning section, with the following prechecked – Ships from US, Sale, Spend and Save, Free shipping. Check/uncheck as needed. Uncheck free shipping and ships from US for parts.
Price in red is the sale price. Not a 100% accurate, but should give you a decent idea of what to expect. This does not include any coupons/bonuses etc, which will usually drive these prices much lower.
As you’re browsing, make sure to click on the links with the seller’s name, and checkout their home page. Some of them already have Black Friday coupons up.
Ok… that’s it for now.
More updates coming…
