First off, the solar panel is mostly a gimmick, it would take a panel several days to completely recharge most battery packs
Second that 42800mAh is just not possible in that size. It MAYBE 1/2 that. Most likely less. I found one review with that weighted it, in in theory max capacity is 27000 mAh pack. for $12.49 is not a bad price, but that really depends on any other lies the seller is making.
Personally I would pass on this as a battery pack. But if you want to harvest it for parts, it can be a decent deal.
