Regular cloth/rubber mousepads tend to accumulate oils, dirt, spills, etc…. and rarely get cleaned, allowing all of this stuff to germinate for months, etc…. at least in my case 🙂
Glass mousepads can be completely disinfected with a quick wipe of a paper towel and some Windex.
There are no reviews on this particular one, but a general search for one (and reading some of those reviews) should give you an idea of what these things are like.
