#red-alert exists for a reason :)
Notifications, like a whole bunch of other things on the site, need major improvements…
As of right now, for anything “crazy” #red-alert on Discord is the place to get the notifications as fast as possible. Once they go out…. good luck 🙂
As most of you know, anything even remotely good posted here will be immediately swiped by Petunia (stop asking me who it is, you all know). It’s not a question of if, but how long it takes for it to happen. #red-alert was setup to help with that, ideally giving you at least a few minutes before the deal gets whored out.
And when i say few minutes, i mean just that… Petunia is my biggest fan, and knows everything that happens here the moment it goes up. The “swiping time” has improved drastically lately, from about 20 minutes to about 5 or so.
So… make sure you have notifications set for #red-alert, and after that – be fast, and good luck 🙂
