2GB of RAM, and questionable changing + OTG support, but it does come with Android 12, I seem similar ones with Android 8-10 on them normally. The kids version comes with a free case, which can be removed. The screen is nothing special, I would not want to be using this to do a lot of reading, but as a secondary display or control your octoprint / klipper printers it would do fine.
I am hopping the bootloader comes unlocked, so it maybe possible to get ARM linux installed, if not it will make a nice wall mounted controller.
