So, the fact that you found other identical products from other brands (aka the source) is both normal, and good, as now at least there is some frame of reference of what to expect from this product.

Filters are always tricky for these generics, but only up to a point. There are only so many sizes and types of filters, and it’s super-rare (as in it pretty much never happens) that one brand uses a truly bespoke one. Usually these are shared across multiple products from multiple brands. Once you find one that’s compatible, finding it from there on is usually not an issue.
